Can I get a refund?

If a cut fails, the credit comes back automatically — nothing to claim. New subscribers in the UK and EU can cancel within 14 days for a refund, reduced for anything already used. After that, cancelling stops the next payment but we don't refund part-months — unless something went genuinely wrong, in which case tell us and we'd rather refund you than argue.
